I'm an accomplished IT leader with more than 16 years of experience driving innovation, streamlining operations, and delivering technology that aligns with strategic business goals. I've designed and executed IT strategies that boost performance, cut costs, and strengthen security across healthcare's most demanding environments.
I love building and mentoring high-performing teams, leading organizations through digital transformation, and delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects and multi-million-dollar budgets. Today I'm Founder & CEO of TakeCare Health, an AI-powered app helping people with chronic conditions live better.
My journey
TakeCare Health
Created and launched an AI-powered health-tracking app that helps people with chronic conditions identify symptom triggers. Led the full product lifecycle — from the AI correlation engine and real-time meal analysis to UI/UX and Apple Health & Google Health Connect integrations.
R1 RCM
Delivered enterprise technology solutions for healthcare clients, partnering with hospital executives on full-cycle projects. Built an onboarding app that cut service-desk calls by 50%, plus change-control and client-portal platforms, and directed IT build-outs in Southfield, Chicago, and Salt Lake City.

Led service-desk operations for Borgess Hospital to #1 nationwide rankings in response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, while mentoring staff and improving first-call resolution.
